Winchester - Music Therapist Healer Meta was born into a very spiritually aware and astute family who, as she grew up challenged her to think and look beyond the realms of the earth plane. Meta is also a therapeutic harp practitioner and works with resonance and vibration energy. She is able to work with people of all musical and spiritual abilities in the hope that she can help guide them along their journey and hopes that her music therapy sessions allow her clients to open up the channel to their inner wisdom and power. Meta often works with fellow Healer Alistair. Together they are Living With Harmony. They improvise music intuitively to create a cradle of sound to support participants in releasing thoughts and connecting with their inner beauty and creativity through colouring mandalas.
